The Substance Abuse Evaluation (SASSI-4) is a psychological questionnaire developed to screen individuals for substance dependence and substance abuse. The screening instrument will classify individuals as having either a high probability or a low probability of substance dependence. Results are found to be accurate when applied to diverse settings and across a variety of demographic factors. This particular instrument is used by many organizations including addiction treatment centers, criminal justice programs, hospitals, and other health care organizations.
The evaluation process will take approximately 25-30 minutes to complete. The total cost is $50.00. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN
